These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdtjt platform and all services included within it. By registering an account on bdtjt or accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. If you continue using the platform after updated Terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. It is therefore your responsibility to visit this page regularly.

1.1 Eligibility

To register and use bdtjt, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information you provide must be true and accurate.
• Participation in online gaming must not be prohibited under the laws applicable in your area.
• You are not a problem gambler and have not voluntarily self-excluded.

1.2 Language of Terms

The original version of these Terms is written in Bengali. In case of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2.1 One Account Only

Each user may create only one bdtjt account. Multiple accounts are prohibited. If more than one account is found under the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any balance held may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and address. Providing false or misleading information gives bdtjt the right to close the account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtjt may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdtjt is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are currently supported.

Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. In some cases there may be a short delay due to the payment gateway, for which bdtjt is not responsible.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10–45 minutes. However, some withdrawals may take longer due to identity verification or security review.

The relevant bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the bdtjt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If money laundering, chargeback fraud, or any other financial crime is suspected, bdtjt is able to suspend the relevant account along with its deposited funds and notify the authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtjt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Or, depositing ৳34,000 or more adds the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total to ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing that amount (৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000).

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses apply only to designated games — bdtjt will specify which ones.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same person, the same device, or the same IP address, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bdtjt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

The bdtjt platform offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself. It is the user's own responsibility to read the rules carefully before playing.

5.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any transaction is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or communication disruption in a game, bdtjt reserves the right to void that outcome and reprocess it. bdtjt does not bear responsibility for network disruptions.

5.3 RTP & Game Results

The outcome of all games on the bdtjt platform is determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. RTP (Return to Player) refers to how much a game returns on average over a long period — it is not a guarantee for any individual bet.

5.4 Sports Betting

bdtjt offers markets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Decisions regarding the acceptance and cancellation of bets are made at bdtjt's own discretion. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be settled in accordance with bdtjt's policy.

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Attempting to unfairly influence game outcomes (through software or hacking).
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Any activity that disrupts the operation of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

bdtjt may temporarily suspend transactions or accounts to investigate any suspicious activity. If the investigation yields a negative result, bdtjt reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

bdtjt's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. bdtjt may modify VIP benefits at any time.

bdtjt believes that gaming should be entertaining and safe. We encourage users to manage their budget and time.

• Gaming should never be considered a source of income.
• Do not bet beyond your means.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek help.
• bdtjt offers the option to temporarily or permanently self-exclude.

The logo, design, software, content, and all brand elements of the bdtjt platform are the exclusive property of bdtjt. Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content from bdtjt may be republished, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

bdtjt makes every effort to operate as a reliable and safe platform. However, bdtjt accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Disclosure of login credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical or natural disasters.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.

bdtjt's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11.1 At the User's Initiative

You may request to close your bdtjt account at any time. Email [email protected]. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be met before closure, and any available balance may be withdrawn.

11.2 At bdtjt's Initiative

In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, bdtjt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If fraud or misconduct is proven, the balance may be forfeited.
